Water tank type wire drawing machine is a small continuous production equipment composed of multiple drawing heads. Through step-by-step drawing, the drawing head is placed in the water tank, and finally the steel wire is pulled to the required specification. The whole wire drawing process is completely controlled by the mechanical speed difference between the main shaft of the drawing machine and the lower shaft of the drawing machine.
 

Mechanical structure The machine adopts the combination of main machine and take-up machine to design machinery, so that the machinery occupies a small space and the take-up weight can be adjusted according to the requirements of customers.

Guide wheel The trunk wire take-up machine uses two groups of wheels to ensure that the machine can run at high speed, reduce the failure rate and make the coil smooth and beautiful.

Tower wheel The machine adopts 4 tower wheel structure, and the tower wheel is made of alloy material, which can place up to 17 wire drawing dies.

Control system The control system also includes an emergency stop button in front of the machine, which is convenient for workers to operate.
