Steel Bar Reinforcing Wire Mesh Welding Machine
This Machine is mainly used to produce steel wire diameter 5.0-12.0mm,material round steel wires and ribbed steel wires,mesh size:100*100-300*300mm reinforcing mesh panels
Cross Wire Feeding Unit(pre-cut)
It is installed on the upper of the mesh grid set device.it consists of walking platform,cross wire stacking unit,wire distrbution device and wire feeding device.
The distribution device and the wire feeding are driven by pneumatic system under the operation by electrical control system.
Automatic cross wire feeding without the need for manual labor. it is designed for the cross wire is fed from pre-cut wire.
Welding System
Welded system is made up of the rack,welding transformer,pressurized cylinder,upper electrode combination,lower electrode combination,cross wire magnetic locator,lift mesh unit,line wire bracket combination,pneumatic system,water cooling system and others spare parts.Welding materal:cold rolled wire,cold rolled round wire,hot rolled wire.
Mesh Pull Out System
It consists of blanking plate,gantry,chain link mesh netting machine and convey car(or roller guide),the flipper(stacker-turner)is optional part.
Max length of wire mesh:6000mm.If the length of the reinforcing steel mesh is 12 meters or longer, it needs to be customized.
CNC Mesh Position Unit
Mesh position unit usage is feed forward the welding mesh,at the same time ensure the line wire spacing in need,which adjust cross line spacing according to the automatic setting.
CNC mesh position system can adjust the cross wire spacing automatically,and can save the data in the system, it is easy,convenient and accuracy to adjust the cross wire spacing.
Machine Advantage
Special customized cylinder is used for welding power cylinder of this machine,which is specially suitable for steel mesh welding machine.
Its advantage are fast welding speed,firm solder joint and long service life.
It is to pull the welded cross wires out of the mesh according to the parameters set by the program, and according to the length of the mesh, it can realize multiple reciprocating pulling mesh, until the whole mesh is completely pulled out.
It is composed of four parts: the bottom frame, the movable pulling mesh frame, the pulling mesh car and the supporting mesh tubes.
Reinforcing Steel mesh is designed with roller, and it can be placed neatly automatically.
